Bernice Omli became involved on a limited basis in the real estate and auction business in 1978 when her husband, John received his real estate license and in 1981when he attended auction school. She helped in the capacity of clerking and cashiering as needed. Her involvement increased as the company grew and she took on the role of office manager and coordinated the details involved in making an auction successful.
Bernice is a graduate of Central Christian High School, Hutchinson and Brown Mackie School of Business, Salina. Bernice enjoys hosting guests in their home, tackling small house projects and taking time to attend the music and sporting events of their 21 grandchildren.
From your first inquiry to the completion of your auction, Bernice’s goal is to listen to your needs and make the process as smooth as possible. She looks forward to working with you.
Kevin Borger
Kevin brings over 35 years of auction experience to Generations Real Estate and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2000. He has conducted virtually every type of auction including land, residential and commercial real estate, estate, business liquidation, antique, farm and machinery, and fundraising auctions. As Director of Auction Services, his greatest passion is to help people in their time of transition.
Kevin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from MidAmerica Nazarene University and is a graduate of World Wide College of Auctioneering.
